Valerios Stais holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics (2020) from the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, UoA, where he focused on Image Classification. He is currently studying for a Master’s Degree in the Data Science and Information Technologies program of the same department. As a Research Associate of the Institute for Language and Speech Processing (ILSP) at the Athena Research Centre (ATHENA RC), he is working on Event Extraction for news articles.
