Petousi Dimitra

Dimitra is a member of the “Narralive” team and is involved in content creation and the evaluation of digital applications and experiences in the field of Cultural Heritage. She graduated in 2015 from the Department of Library Science and Information Systems at the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Athens. In 2019 she completed her postgraduate studies at the “Museum Studies” MA program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and TEI of Athens. Since June 2019, she has been working in the “Narralive” team of “Athena” R.C. In 2021 she participated with the presentation “Social bots of conviction as dialogue facilitators for history education: Promoting historical empathy in teens through dialogue” at the Interaction Design and Children conference and with the presentation “Reflecting on the use of facilitated dialogue to support user centered design in digital heritage” at the Computer Applications and Quantitative Methods in Archeology conference. Her research interests include museum visitor studies, the design and the evaluation of experiences, content and digital applications, the design and the evaluation of dialogic approaches and chatbots and the application of role-playing games as an educational tool, in museums and cultural heritage sites.
