Efthymios Georgiou is a Ph.D. Candidate at National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and Associate Researcher at the Institute for Language and Speech Processing (ILSP), Athena R. C., Greece. He holds a diploma (M.Eng) from the school of ECE in NTUA. Efthymis has worked as a Machine Learning Engineer in Behavioral Signals, where he developed algorithms for conversation analytics based on affective computing. He is interested in multimodal processing as well as neural network regularization techniques. Other research interests include audiovisual speech synthesis.
