Gerasimos Chatzoudis is a recent graduate from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. In parallel with his studies, he was awarded a scholarship by both the American College of Greece and the Stavros Niarchos Foundation and he pursued a minor in Finance at Deree. Both institutions also sponsored him to attend an international summer school at Fudan University in Shanghai to study Psychology and E-Business in China. During his academic years, he was also a co-curator and organizer of TEDxNTUA. His diploma thesis was under the supervision of Professor Potamianos Alexandros and Dr Katsamanis Nassos. Using state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing and Reinforcement Learning techniques, he explored the potential emergence of strategies in task-oriented negotiation dialogue systems. His research interests lie in the broad area of Machine Learning emphasizing on tangible solutions with positive social impact.
