Vasileios Sevetlidis started as an undergraduate student in Computer Engineering, where he was taught the concepts of Information Theory, Algorithmics, Image Analysis and Software Engineering. He has a continuous collaboration with Dr. George Pavlidis at the Athena Research Center, which started before his graduation. He is currently working on emerging technologies applied to Multimedia. He is also a PhD Candidate in the Department of Production and Management Engineering of the Democritus University of Thrace. His research focuses on Machine Learning, Artificial and Computational Intelligence. His supervisor is Prof. Antonios Gasteratos.
